A Victorian Steampunk Christmas… Passenger Through Time
The Ministry of Steampunk is hopping on a train and heading north this festive season for a special steam powered celebration of Christmas.
Thanks to a very special invitation from Crewe Town Council this FREE family weekend is open to all to enjoy.
Come and join us for a journey through time with a twist of mulled spice and even a visit from Santa!
EVENING EVENT DETAILS COMING SOON!
The Heritage Centre Steampunk Hub… Christmas on the Tracks
Drop in to see our stunning Steam Wars exhibition. This Steampunk social space will include a craft market, a full curated programme of free craft workshops, prop build demonstrations and even a visit from one Crewe icon… Blaster Bates (a workshop that guarantees to go with a BANG!)
Steampunk Santa’s Grotto
Drop in to see our very own Steampunk Santa (timed sessions, so please check in advance to avoid disappointment). Shhhhh… don’t tell anybody, but Santa has his sticky mitts on some Steampunk Shiny, so for those of you who love a limited-edition piece, make sure you are good boys and girls.
Our pop-up stage will be a great way to enjoy some festive entertainment from our very special guests, including Alice’s Night Circus and, of course, carol singers.
Head for our vibrant hub for traditional and Steampunk market traders, in our first curated Steampunk Christmas Market. The space is accessible to all, so meander through the stalls to find those last-minute gifts.
The covered marketplace will be alive with the sights and smells of food and drink at Christmas. A curated market space full of food to take away, as well as a seating area for you to grab a glass of mulled wine, socialise and enjoy our stage entertainment.
